Tận dụng nồi nước vừa luộc mì, cho tôm vào luộc chín rồi vớt ra. Thả tôm vào bát nước mát, chờ tôm nguội rồi lột vỏ, bỏ đầu, đuôi, rút chỉ lưng tôm.
Chuẩn bị một bát tô, cho các nguyên liệu làm nước trộn gồm 100ml nước; 2 muỗng canh nước mắm ngon; 2 muỗng canh nước chanh; 1 muỗng canh xì dầu; 2 muỗng canh đường trắng; ớt; tỏi và húng quế vào trộn đều. Thêm mì vào hỗn hợp nước trộn và trộn đều.
Gắp mì ra bát, xếp cà chua thái lát, tôm lột và dưa leo thái sợi lên trên. Trang trí thêm một vài lá húng quế cho bắt mắt.
